Pendle Food For All (PFFA) is a local charity based in Bradley, Nelson, created to help people who are struggling financially.
We run a food club where members can buy affordable food each week. The food comes from rescued surplus stock as well as fresh items that we purchase ourselves. Members pay £6 per week and receive around £20–£25 worth of food, choosing what they need rather than being given a fixed parcel. This helps people stretch their budget while still having choice, dignity, and control over what they eat.
The club also supports healthy eating, making it easier for families and individuals to access fresh and nutritious food. Beyond food support, PFFA is a social space where members can meet others, reduce isolation, and feel part of the community.
By using surplus food that would otherwise go to waste, Pendle Food For All also helps the environment, reducing food waste while supporting local people.
