The current school building is no longer suitable and does not meet the needs of pupils or staff.
Working closely with the Diocese, the school has secured land on Oakland Street to develop a dedicated Key Stage 1 unit, providing a modern, safe and purpose built environment for younger children.
Since 2020, a committed group of stakeholders has worked to progress this vision, planning carefully and overcoming significant challenges. The new unit will address long standing accommodation issues, support high quality teaching and learning, enhance wellbeing, and ensure the school can meet both current and future demand.
